(objectives)
The internship experience is divided into two moments characterized by different activities:
The internship is divided into 2 CFU (equal to 50 hours) of internal and 8 CFU (equal to 200 hours) of external. The internal internship is preparatory to the external internship and can be carried out between the first and second year. The external internship can be started starting from the third year.
The internal internship includes guided theoretical-practical activities (seminars, group work, activities of introduction to research or support for professorships, etc.) to be carried out within the Department or in any case starting from the Degree Program for what concerns the promotion of initiatives and recognition of student hours. For subscribers to the e-learning channel, who are unable to participate in face-to-face initiatives, activities will be prepared to be carried out online, which will be announced shortly. The external internship, characterized by practical activities in the field for guidance and training purposes, must normally be carried out outside the University, that is, in organizations, companies, schools, cooperatives and local associations affiliated with the University. The external internship also favors direct contact with the world of work and the acquisition of the application elements of a specific professional activity in line with the university training path of each student

The socio-pedagogical professional educator profile provides for the acquisition of basic knowledge, skills and technical skills in line with the provisions of Article 1, paragraph 594 of Law 205/2017. The internal internship is a single path of recognition and mapping of the services on the territory by the student. The external internship instead provides the possibility of enhancing the experiential dimension of the future professional, integrating it with the theoretical-disciplinary references learned.

Sociology of organizations
(objectives)
The teaching of Sociology of organizations will make students acquire the basic concepts of the theoretical framework of organizational sociology and examine the interconnections with other disciplines, which have, as their object of study, work and organizations, through the analysis of organizational theories and empirical study of new organizational models operating in innovative companies and public administrations Knowledge and understanding: - to provide knowledge of historical, theoretical and methodological models for the transition from Taylor-Fordist type of organizational and bureaucratic approach “cognitive”, and the analysis of the interconnections of a cultural and management relating to the affirmation of the company network and the Total Quality Management. Applying knowledge and understanding: - to develop skills and expertise in the analysis of the processes of evolution of organizational models, on the development of organizational learning, in view of intertwining of individual and collective dynamics in the functioning of organizations and the necessary integration between the strategic variables: people, processes, technologies and facilities. Making judgements: - to promote critical analysis of the evolution of organizational models in public administration, on the transformation of the bureaucratic model and the success of the telocratic model of new public management, based on analysis of business case studies and testimonials. Communication skills: - can communicate about their understanding, skills and activities, concerning the course contents, with peers, supervisors and clients. Learning skills: - have the learning skills to undertake further studies related to the analysis of the various organizational models, with particular attention to the structural and cultural dimensions, to the coordination mechanisms, to the redesign of innovative organizational models, with a high degree of autonomy.

The course contemplates three main parts. The first one provides knowledge of historical, theoretical and methodological models for the transition from Taylor-Fordist type of organizational and bureaucratic approach “cognitive”, and the analysis of the interconnections of a cultural and management relating to the affirmation of the company network and the Total Quality Management. The second part aims to develop skills and expertise in the analysis of the processes of evolution of organizational models, on the development of organizational learning, in view of intertwining of individual and collective dynamics in the functioning of organizations and the necessary integration between the strategic variables: people, processes, technologies and facilities. Cultural and social Anthropology
(objectives)
The teaching proposes a recognition of the themes of cultural and social anthropology: from the overcoming of the“race” and of every form of exclusion and discrimination; to the concept of culture through the relativism/ethnocentrism debate; in the complexity of ethnic identity, with the analysis of the historic process of diversity to the sociocultural realities of globalization, as migration, gender and body, together with new parental and family realities. - Knowledge and understanding: will become familiar with the basic concepts of social cultural anthropology, knowing the different interpretative theories of socio-cultural phenomena related to diversity. - Applying knowledge and understanding: it will be able to orient itself critically between the different representations of cultural plurality, reconstructing its historical-anthropological paths and analyzing its contradictions. - Applying knowledge and understanding: it will be able to orient itself critically between the different representations of cultural plurality, reconstructing its historical-anthropological paths and analyzing its contradictions. - Communication skills: on diversity it will be able to distinguish the plan of rhetoric from that of empirical research

The 6 credits course offers a survey of central themes and problems of cultural and social anthropology. After retracing some research points - the concept of culture, the overcoming of "race", relativism / ethnocentrism, ethnic identity, the analysis of the historical-social processes of contact that from the colonial situation reach the current realities of globalization, some lines of research will then be explored: the first related to the dynamics of contact creolization and transculturation, then to the analysis of some terrains of globalization, related to the contradictions of the dynamics related to network technologies, new work identities and economic models of success/failure.

Promote in students the knowledge about the empirical-experimental methodologies used in educational research in order to develop basic skills for the recognition and detection of the variables that influence and co-determine educational phenomena. To promote in Learners knowledge about empirical-experimental methodologies used in educational research in order to develop basic skills in recognizing and detecting variables that influence and co-determine educational phenomena.
During the course we will review the history, theoretical models and methods of inquiry in empirical research in education; procedures for constructing and validating assessment instruments in education.
During the Educational Experimentation Workshop we will look at a particular type of educational research: docimological research, related to evaluation in school settings.

General Sociology
(objectives)
Today, the sociologist must be able to analyze and respond to different issues of social coexistence: globalization, ecology, gender and sexuality, migration ... major issues that bring with them the transformations of social relations, family, stratification, education, religion, the arts, the use of the media. The course therefore intends to address the forms and changes of living in society, according to different theories and methods of investigation. With the study of General Sociology, the student will be able to achieve the following educational objectives. In terms of knowledge and comprehension: - knowledge of the theoretical principles of sociology; - ability to express oneself in the language and terms of the discipline; - understanding of the interconnections that structure the relationship between man and society in different macro systemic contexts: social, economic, cultural. In terms of knowledge and comprehension skills applied: - ability to apply the knowledge acquired in research projects on the topics covered by the course; - ability to apply sociological theories by elaborating research hypotheses and selecting the most suitable research techniques. In terms of autonomy of judgement: - ability to critically read manuals and specialist texts concerning the discipline; - ability to identify the appropriate methods of study and research in relation to the different contexts of application; - ability to read critically the results of studies, research and projects. In terms of communication skills: - acquisition of terminology specific to the discipline; - ability to express clearly, even to a non-specialist audience, environmental issues in the global socio-economic context. In terms of learning capacity: - understanding of the importance of field observation and direct experience of the processes being studied.

If we think of sociology as a reflective thought on humanity, on his actions in society, it could be said that it has always existed: from philosophy, in literature, among scholars of every age, in the most varied fields. A science arises from the human need to satisfy certain needs, proposing answers, practical solutions to real problems or cognitive needs. Sociology combines theory and empirical research, and today, more than ever, it is useful for knowing how to analyze and respond to the issues of social coexistence: culture, democracy, health, globalization, ecology, gender and sexuality, migrations, symbolic representations, great themes that carry within them the transformations of social relations, of the family, of stratification, of education, of religion, of the arts, of the use of the mass media. The course therefore intends to address the forms and changes of living in society, according to different theories and methods of investigation, with the aim of making female students more and more autonomous and aware. Able to set up conceptually oriented empirical research. Particular attention will be paid to the themes closest to the professional paths of the Eduform, Edunido and SFP degree courses, with particular attention to childhood.
Methods of assigning and carrying out the Degree Thesis Female and male students must contact the professor at least one year before the date on which they plan to graduate, presenting a written project (two pages) and a bibliography. We recommend reading Umberto Eco's How to do a thesis, Bompiani ed. The Prof. receives by appointment: milena.gammaitoni@uniroma3.it Regulations for graduating students: 1) Periodically send your work to the teacher: one chapter at a time over the course of the months of study for the thesis, in order to receive prompt and periodic advice and corrections. For this reason, theses written in a short time, without having interacted with the teacher during writing and sent a few days before the delivery of the CD to the secretariat, will not be accepted; 2) The title of the definitive thesis must be agreed with the professor; 3) The final thesis must be sent to the teacher one month before the delivery of the CD.
