The course aims to analyze the Constitutional Statute of Families as outlined in articles. 29, 30 and 31 of the Constitution, and of the relative jurisprudence.

The course aims to reflect on the teaching and learning theories and practices in difficult situations. In particular, we want to promote and consolidate a critical reflection aimed at the professional practice of the educator and, at the same time, to promote knowledge and methodological skills aimed at taking care of special educational needs. To this end, some aspects of the relationship between disability and communication will be addressed, paying particular attention to creative strategies such as autobiography and art therapy, methodologies able to support the individual and group imaginative activity aimed at integration.

The objectives of the course are the following: to acquire the knowledge of the basic concepts of experimentalism; acquire the theoretical and methodological foundations of empirical and experimental research in the educational field; acquire the theoretical, methodological and technical foundations of educational evaluation; identify the elements of the definition of a problem; to interpret and formulate hypotheses; establish paths for critical review of hypotheses; select paths for problem solving; subjecting to critical revision words and concepts of the educational language.

The Spanish language course aims to develop the four linguistic skills until the A2 level of the common European framework of reference for languages ​​is reached. Reflections on the methodologies of learning foreign languages ​​with theoretical and practical applications will be the subject of the course. In particular, we will focus on the importance of local languages ​​in learning European languages, with particular attention to the convergence between Italian and Spanish languages. Reading and translation work will also be done in the classroom aimed at improving comprehension and linguistic production skills.

The course moves through theoretical and historical aspects of the related expressive and communicative fields, with a focus on both the diachronic and the synchronic dynamics of the educational techniques that allow the organizational sides of the show to highlight the constructive and formative aspects of the person.

The course is aimed at providing adequate knowledge of method and content on theatrical experience, with particular reference to anthropology, training and the role of the actor in the theatrical experience.

The course aims to make students aware of the complexity of Ethics and professional ethics in the field. The concept of responsibility and that of empathy will be examined as conditions for the possibility of an integral intersubjective communication. The theoretical foundations and the methodological-operative applications provided by the current pedagogical debate about the phenomena that can "predispose" to deviance, will represent the starting point for a reflection on some emerging issues in contemporary society, related to discomfort and marginality. The objectives of the course are the following: to grasp the specificity of the pedagogical approach of the discipline and the interconnections with other knowledge: to know the complexity of the types of deviance and marginality; analyze the educational strategies implemented in the different realities; analyze the knowledge and specific know-how of the professional educator involved in the educational development of minors; analyze the relationship of care and the professional figure of the educator in the penitentiary area; to stimulate a greater awareness of one's professional self; consolidate knowledge about relational components.
