Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione
I laureati avranno: (i) conoscenze di base delle discipline matematico-statistiche, giuridiche, aziendali ed economiche che permetteranno loro di disporre degli strumenti per interpretare e descrivere i problemi di interesse negli ambiti caratterizzanti; (ii) competenze più avanzate ad ampio spettro nel campo dell'economia e delle discipline matematico-statistiche; (iii) conoscenze di contesto in settori più definiti, quali la teoria economica, la politica economica, le scelte pubbliche e il funzionamento del settore pubblico, il funzionamento del mercato del lavoro, la finanza, l'ambiente e lo sviluppo.
La struttura su tre livelli del corso di laurea (linguaggi di entrata, concetti/metodi caratterizzanti del corso di laurea, conoscenze/tecniche specifiche e integrative del percorso) nonché la ripartizione dei crediti formativi tra i diversi ambiti scientifico-disciplinari e tra i SSD al loro interno sono funzionali al raggiungimento di questo obiettivo.
Inoltre, saranno utilizzati manuali e altri tipi di supporti didattici di elevata e comprovata qualità, preferibilmente caratterizzati da diffusione internazionale.Capacità di applicare conoscenza e comprensione
I laureati saranno in grado di applicare le conoscenze acquisite alla utile lettura di aspetti rilevanti della realtà economica, riuscendo a focalizzare le concatenazioni significative di fatti e di dati quantitativi.
Nell'ambito delle aree di interesse, i laureati saranno in grado di partecipare alla formazione di decisioni operative.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo gli insegnamenti del corso di laurea miscelano opportunamente la strumentazione logica con la sua applicazione a scenari/problemi/contesti differenziati, attraverso metodi didattici attivi quali analisi di casi, lettura/interpretazione/commento di dati, rapporti, materiali tratti dalla realtà economico-finanziaria.Autonomia di giudizio
I laureati avranno la capacità di usare in modo autonomo e critico gli strumenti metodologici e le conoscenze acquisite; di selezionare autonomamente le informazioni rilevanti per affrontare e gestire la complessità dei problemi a livello sia microeconomico sia macroeconomico; di giungere a valutazioni che includano riflessioni di tipo etico e sociale; di adattarsi ad ambiti di lavoro e tematiche diverse.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo si è cercato di sviluppare una conoscenza ampia, articolata e critica dei concetti e degli strumenti trattati.
A livello di struttura del corso di studio, pur tenendo conto della centralità dell'ambito economico (in considerazione degli obiettivi formativi della classe e del corso di laurea), si è fornita una composizione ragionevolmente equilibrata anche degli altri tre ambiti scientifico-disciplinari previsti dalla classe (aziendale, giuridico, matematico-statistico), in modo da favorire nello studente una visione interdisciplinare del tema trattato e da sensibilizzarlo alla necessità e utilità di utilizzare linguaggi e strumenti diversi per analizzarlo e valutarlo, adattando l'argomentazione alla particolare prospettiva assunta.
A livello di singolo insegnamento, si fornisce sui vari temi trattati un quadro sistematico e multilaterale dei diversi approcci di analisi, nonché la duplice prospettiva, teorica ed empirica, di analisi.Abilità comunicative
I laureati avranno la capacità di comunicare a interlocutori specialisti e non specialisti, in modo chiaro e privo di ambiguità, le conoscenze, lo stato del dibattito e le conclusioni raggiunte.
Avranno inoltre la capacità di interagire con altre persone anche di differente formazione e di condurre attività in collaborazione.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo si favorisce l'acquisizione nei diversi insegnamenti del linguaggio specialistico (per esempio con il riferimento anche a dati, rapporti, materiali, tratti dalla realtà economico-finanziaria) e il ricorso a forme di verifica che utilizzano sia l'esposizione orale che scritta, in particolar modo, anche nello svolgimento della prova finale.Capacità di apprendimento
I laureati avranno acquisito un metodo di studio, la capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e le abilità di apprendimento necessarie a intraprendere studi futuri con sufficiente grado di autonomia.
Tali abilità, congiuntamente con la solida preparazione acquisita, consentiranno loro anche di sviluppare l'apprendimento al livello più avanzato richiesto dai corsi di laurea magistrale.
Il raggiungimento di questo obiettivo è in realtà l'effetto della realizzazione di quelli precedenti.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, gli studenti saranno guidati lungo percorsi formativi caratterizzati da un progressivo innalzamento del livello delle competenze e delle capacità analitiche e metodologiche richieste per l'acquisizione finale dei crediti formativi.
Verranno utilizzati strumenti di verifica intermedia e finale coerenti con il raggiungimento di questo obiettivo, utilizzando forme alternative e graduali di verifica dell'esperienza maturata, quali prove orali, prove scritte, test a risposta multipla, project work individuali e di gruppo, ecc.Requisiti di ammissione
Conoscenze comuni ai percorsi formativi della scuola secondaria superiore, attestate dal conseguimento del diploma di scuola media superiore di durata quinquennale o titolo equipollente.
In particolare è richiesta una buona cultura generale e una sufficiente attitudine al ragionamento logico-analitico.
Gli studenti che intendono immatricolarsi dovranno pertanto sostenere una prova di ingresso con finalità di orientamento, volta a favorire l'autoverifica delle proprie attitudini di base rispetto al corso di laurea.
La prova è articolata in due aree: a) capacità di comprensione di un testo, b) capacità logico-matematiche.
Gli esiti delle due aree saranno valutate separatamente in modo da individuare eventuali carenze.
La valutazione complessiva terrà anche conto del curriculum scolastico dello studente.
Le modalità di verifica e gli obblighi formativi aggiuntivi in caso di esito non positivo della stessa sono dettagliati nel bando di ammissione al corso di laurea, al quale si rinvia.
Prova finale
La struttura didattica di riferimento ha scelto, nell'ambito della discrezionalità riconosciuta dalla legge, di privilegiare gli aspetti dei fondamenti formativi del corso di studio.
Di conseguenza ha deciso di riservare alla prova finale il rilievo di una semplice e mirata verifica del complesso della preparazione già acquisita e pertanto di attribuire alla stessa 3 CFU.
Coerentemente con la norma, si ritiene infatti che la prova finale abbia il ruolo di importante occasione formativa individuale a completamento del percorso, ma che, proprio in tal senso, non debba tradursi nell'approfondimento di altre conoscenze del corso di studio o del percorso formativo-professionale scelto dallo studente; ma piuttosto debba consentire di verificare, su un tema oggetto di studio del percorso formativo del laureando, i risultati di apprendimento attesi attraverso il recupero in ottica sistematica (integrata e possibilmente critica) delle conoscenze già possedute.
La prova, pertanto, sarà organizzata in modo da verificare su un determinato argomento, che sia rilevante per il corso di laurea e/o per il percorso scelto, il raggiungimento dei risultati di apprendimento attesi come sono stati in precedenza esplicitati, e in particolare: capacità di comprensione, capacità di applicazione a problemi/contesti differenti, capacità di rielaborazione critica e argomentazione, capacità di comunicazione scritta/orale.
Sbocchi occupazionali e professionali previsti per i laureati
Per i laureati che al termine del corso di studio vogliano accedere direttamente al mercato del lavoro, si aprono i seguenti ambiti professionali:
• l'impiego in funzioni che richiedano competenze nella valutazione dei flussi finanziari, nel controllo dei rischi e della gestione, nella regolamentazione finanziaria e nella vigilanza bancaria e assicurativa; nella valutazione dei contratti finanziari e assicurativi;
• l'impiego nel settore pubblico e nelle attività private che interagiscano con l'ambiente al fine di valutare e minimizzare l'impatto ambientale di tali attività, e di predisporre misure di tutela dell'ambiente;
• professionalità economiche, amministrative e gestionali nell'ambito di istituzioni pubbliche, di imprese private e di organizzazioni non profit;
• l'impiego in attività di ricerca come collaboratore o assistente nel campo delle discipline economico-sociali nelle pubbliche amministrazioni, in attività formative e in imprese e organizzazioni private.
La formazione acquisita consentirà ai laureati anche di proseguire in studi di livello scientifico superiore (master o lauree magistrali) e di vari orientamenti disciplinari, immediatamente o dopo un periodo di lavoro, secondo le logiche di apprendimento continuo ormai affermate nel contesto istituzionale e sociale europeo.
Si fornisce di seguito il dettaglio degli sbocchi occupazionali e professionali, con riferimento alla Classificazione analitica per categorie di professioni dell'ISTAT, che è del 2001 e quindi non aggiornata ai due livelli dell'attuale riforma (laurea triennale e laurea magistrale).
Si avverte che, utilizzando il dettaglio di nomenclatura ISTAT a quattro digit, sono state indicate anche alcune professioni nel cui ambito solo alcune funzioni sono riservate a personale con qualifica di livello universitario e il riferimento è limitato a questi profili, che si sarebbero potuti precisare solo utilizzando la nomenclatura a cinque digit.Orientamento in ingresso
Le attività di orientamento, tirocinio, stage e placement, a livello di Ateneo, sono promosse e coordinate dal Gruppo di Lavoro per l'Orientamento di Ateneo (GLOA) costituito, sino ad ora, da due delegati dei Presidi per ciascuna Facoltà, dalla Responsabile della Divisione Politiche per gli Studenti e coordinato dal delegato del Rettore per le politiche di orientamento.
Il GLOA promuove azioni relative all'orientamento in ingresso, all'orientamento in itinere (tutorato, tirocini e stage) e all'orientamento in uscita (politiche attive per il lavoro e placement).
Le azioni di orientamento in ingresso sono improntate alla realizzazione di processi di raccordo con la scuola secondaria di secondo grado.
Si concretizzano in attività di carattere informativo sui Corsi di Studio (CdS) dell'Ateneo ma anche come impegno condiviso da Scuola e Università per favorire lo sviluppo di una maggiore consapevolezza da parte degli studenti nel compiere scelte coerenti con le proprie conoscenze, competenze, attitudini e interessi.
Le attività promosse si articolano in:
a) seminari e attività formative realizzate in collaborazione con i docenti della scuola;
b) incontri e manifestazioni informative rivolte alle future matricole;
c) sviluppo di servizi on line per l'orientamento e l'auto-orientamento.
Tra le attività svolte in collaborazione con le scuole, il “progetto di auto-orientamento” costituisce un notevole impegno finalizzato a promuovere un raccordo particolarmente qualificato con alcune scuole superiori che costituiscono il principale “bacino di utenza” di Roma Tre.
Il progetto è articolato in incontri svolti presso le scuole dagli esperti dell'Ufficio Orientamento con la collaborazione di studenti seniores ed è finalizzato a sollecitare nelle future matricole una riflessione sui propri punti di forza e sui criteri di scelta (gli incontri si svolgono nel periodo ottobre-febbraio).
La presentazione dell'offerta formativa agli studenti delle scuole superiori prevede tre eventi principali, ai quali partecipano tutti i CdS, distribuiti nel corso dell'anno accademico.
• Salone dello studente “Campus orienta”, si svolge presso la fiera di Roma nel periodo ottobre/novembre, coinvolge tradizionalmente tutti gli Atenei del Lazio e molti Atenei fuori Regione, Enti pubblici e privati che si occupano di Formazione e Lavoro.
Roma Tre partecipa a questo evento con un proprio spazio espositivo e con conferenze di presentazione dell'offerta formativa dell'Ateneo.
• Le Giornate di Vita Universitaria (GVU) si svolgono nel periodo gennaio/febbraio e sono rivolte agli studenti degli ultimi due anni della scuola secondaria superiore.
Partecipano annualmente oltre 6.000 studenti delle secondarie.
Si svolgono in tutte le Facoltà dell'Ateneo e costituiscono una importante occasione delle future matricole per vivere la realtà universitaria.
Durante gli incontri, oltre alla presentazione dei CdS, si sollecita l'esperienza diretta degli studenti alla vita universitaria con la partecipazione ad attività didattiche, laboratori, lezioni o seminari, alle quali partecipano anche studenti seniores che svolgono una mediazione di tipo tutoriale.
• Orientarsi a Roma Tre rappresenta la manifestazione che chiude le annuali attività di orientamento in ingresso e si svolge in Ateneo a luglio di ogni anno.
L'evento accoglie mediamente circa 3.000 studenti romani e non, che partecipano per mettere definitivamente a fuoco la loro scelta universitaria.
Oltre all'offerta formativa sono presentati tutti i principali servizi di Roma Tre rivolti agli studenti e le segreterie didattiche sono a disposizione per tutte le informazioni relative alle pratiche di immatricolazione.
In tutte le manifestazioni di presentazione dell'offerta formativa, sono illustrati anche i vari servizi on line che possono aiutare gli studenti nella scelta: dai siti web delle Facoltà al sito del POS (Prove di Orientamento Simulate) che consente alle future matricole di autovalutarsi rispetto ai requisiti di accesso per tutti i CdS di Roma Tre.
In tutte le manifestazioni che si svolgono in Ateneo sono somministrati ai partecipanti questionari di soddisfazione che vengono elaborati ed utilizzati per proporre miglioramenti all'organizzazione degli eventi.Il Corso di Studio in breve
Il Corso di Laurea in Economia (CLE) fornisce una solida preparazione di base agli studenti interessati allo studio delle discipline economiche, e alla conoscenza degli aspetti produttivi, distributivi, finanziari, ambientali dei moderni sistemi economici.
L'oggetto di studio coniuga la prospettiva del sistema economico nel suo complesso con l'analisi delle scelte dei singoli operatori (imprese, enti pubblici, soggetti individuali e collettivi), e delle reciproche interazioni.
Il rigore del percorso formativo consente sia di sviluppare professionalità utilizzabili in diversi ambiti (imprese, amministrazioni pubbliche, intermediari finanziari, regolatori) sia di affrontare con adeguata preparazione i corsi di laurea magistrali di ambito teorico o applicato.
Particolare attenzione, specialmente nei primi due anni di corso, è rivolta a fornire allo studente l'accesso alla pluralità di linguaggi (logico-intuitivo, quantitativo, giuridico, aziendale) necessari per comprendere il funzionamento dell'economia e per affrontare i gradi successivi di formazione universitaria.
Questa ricchezza di contenuti costituisce il tratto distintivo del CLE e consente agli studenti di acquisire la flessibilità logica e culturale richiesta dalla formazione avanzata e dal moderno funzionamento del mercato del lavoro.
Lo studente espliciterà le proprie scelte al momento della presentazione,
tramite il sistema informativo di ateneo, del piano di completamento o del piano di studio individuale,
secondo quanto stabilito dal regolamento didattico del corso di studio.
