COURSE TERRITORIAL ANALYSIS


Course Schedule: This course provides the general concepts for the control and the definition of the possible impacts generated by the area roadways. Design optimizations will be identified through the analysis and performed using the draft road infrastructure. The spatial analysis will be considered as a fundamental part in the setting of the project and will be differentiated according to various types of project (preliminary, final, etc.)


Topics covered include:

Quality of the adaptation and upgrading of road infrastructures, from the architectural and landscape point of view - Case Studies - The evolutionary dynamics of the landscape and its changes in the construction of new road infrastructures - The territorial changes related to road infrastructures - Control of the design choices by monitoring before, during and after the action. Exercise will be conducted on cases studies already analysed in other disciplines during the course of study.
