Il laureati dovranno avere capacità di esprimere autonomamente valutazioni argomentate in sede di analisi di un fenomeno o di un problema aziendale e di suggerire decisioni per gestirlo e/o risolverlo, anche in relazione alla complessità del contesto economico e sociale.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo si è cercato di sviluppare una conoscenza ampia, articolata e critica dei concetti e degli strumenti trattati.
Questo a due livelli.
A livello di struttura del corso di studio, pur tenendo conto della centralità dell'ambito aziendale (in considerazione degli obiettivi formativi della classe e del corso di laurea), si è fornito un mix ragionevolmente equilibrato anche degli altri 3 ambiti scientifico-disciplinari previsti dalla classe, in modo da favorire nello studente una visione interdisciplinare del tema/problema trattato e da sensibilizzarlo alla necessità e utilità di utilizzare linguaggi e strumenti diversi per analizzarlo/valutarlo, adattando l'argomentazione alla particolare prospettiva assunta.
A livello di singolo insegnamento, si fornisce sui singoli temi trattati un quadro sistematico e multilaterale dei diversi approcci di analisi, nonché la duplice prospettiva, teorica ed empirica, di analisi.Abilità comunicative
Il laureati dovranno avere capacità di comunicare valutazioni/argomentazioni/decisioni in con linguaggio scientifico-professionale in maniera chiara ed efficace.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo si favorisce l'acquisizione nei diversi insegnamenti del linguaggio specialistico (per esempio con il riferimento anche a dati, rapporti, materiali, tratti dalla realtà) e il ricorso a forme di verifica che utilizzano sia l'esposizione orale che scritta, e e in alcuni casi attraverso il lavoro di gruppo per la realizzazione di progetti anche interdisciplinari.Capacità di apprendimento
I laureati dovranno avere capacità di apprendere e rielaborare concetti e tecniche, a livelli successivi di approfondimento, con rigore metodologico, approccio critico e selettività applicativa, in funzione sia dell'inserimento nel mondo del lavoro sia del proseguimento degli studi.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, gli studenti saranno guidati lungo percorsi formativi caratterizzati da un progressivo innalzamento del livello delle competenze e delle capacità analitiche e metodologiche richieste per l'acquisizione finale dei crediti formativi.
Verranno utilizzati strumenti di verifica intermedia e finale coerenti con il raggiungimento di questo obiettivo, utilizzando forme alternative e graduali di verifica dell'expertise maturata, quali prove orali, prove scritte, test multiple choice, project work individuali e di gruppo, ecc.Requisiti di ammissione
Per accedere al corso di laurea è richiesta una buona cultura generale ed una sufficiente attitudine al ragionamento logico-analitico.
Gli studenti che intendono immatricolarsi dovranno essere in possesso di un diploma di scuola secondaria superiore o di un titolo ad esso equipollente e dovranno sostenere una prova di ingresso con finalità di orientamento, volta a favorire nello studente l'autoverifica delle proprie attitudini di base nei confronti del corso di laurea.
La prova è articolata in due aree: a) capacità di comprensione di un testo e b) capacità logico-matematiche, che saranno valutate separatamente in modo da individuare eventuali carenze nell'una e/o nell'altra area.
La valutazione complessiva terrà anche conto del curriculum scolastico dello studente.
Le modalità di verifica e gli obblighi formativi aggiuntivi in caso di esito non positivo della stessa saranno dettagliati nel regolamento didattico del corso di studio, al quale si rinvia.
Prova finale
La struttura didattica di riferimento ha scelto, nell'ambito della discrezionalità riconosciuta dalla legge, di privilegiare gli aspetti dei fondamenti formativi del corso di studio.
Di conseguenza ha deciso di riservare alla prova finale il rilievo di una semplice e mirata verifica del complesso della preparazione già acquisita e pertanto di attribuire alla stessa 3 CFU.
Coerentemente con la norma, si ritiene infatti che la prova finale abbia il ruolo di importante occasione formativa individuale a completamento del percorso, ma che, proprio in tal senso, non debba tradursi nell'approfondimento più o meno ampio di altre conoscenze del corso di studio o del percorso formativo-professionale scelto dalla studente.
Ma piuttosto debba consentire di verificare, su un tema oggetto di studio nel percorso formativo del laureando, i risultati di apprendimento attesi attraverso il recupero, in ottica sistematica, integrata e possibilmente critica, delle conoscenze già acquisite.
La prova, pertanto, sarà organizzata in modo da verificare su un determinato argomento, che sia rilevante per il corso di laurea e/o il percorso scelto, il raggiungimento dei risultati di apprendimento attesi del corso di laurea stesso, come sono stati in precedenza esplicitati, e in particolare capacità di comprensione, capacità di applicazione a problemi/contesti differenti, capacità di rielaborazione critica e argomentazione, capacità di comunicazione scritta/orale.
Coerentemente, il punteggio finale dell'esame di laurea terrà conto, oltre che della prova finale e della media degli esami sostenuti, anche di altri aspetti quali-quantitativi del percorso formativo svolto dal laureando, che appunto completano la verifica del raggiungimento dei suddetti risultati di apprendimento attesi.
Orientamento in ingresso
Le azioni di orientamento in ingresso coordinate dall'Ateneo e dal Dipartimento di Economia Aziendale sono sostanzialmente improntate alla realizzazione di processi di raccordo con la scuola media secondaria.
Si concretizzano in attività di carattere informativo sui Corsi di Studio (CdS) dell'Ateneo ma anche come impegno condiviso da scuola e università per favorire lo sviluppo di una maggiore consapevolezza da parte degli studenti nel compiere scelte coerenti con le proprie conoscenze, competenze, attitudini e interessi.
Le attività promosse si articolano in:
a) autorientamento;
b) incontri e manifestazioni informative rivolte alle future matricole;
c) sviluppo di servizi online e pubblicazione di guide sull'offerta formativa dei CdS.
Tra le attività svolte in collaborazione con le scuole per lo sviluppo di una maggiore consapevolezza nella scelta, il progetto di autorientamento è un intervento che consente di promuovere un raccordo particolarmente qualificato con alcune scuole medie superiori.
Il progetto, infatti, è articolato in incontri svolti presso le scuole ed è finalizzato a sollecitare nelle future matricole una riflessione sui propri punti di forza e sui criteri di scelta.
La presentazione dell'offerta formativa agli studenti delle scuole superiori prevede tre eventi principali distribuiti nel corso dell'anno accademico ai quali partecipano tutti i CdS.
• Salone dello studente, si svolge presso la fiera di Roma fra ottobre e novembre e coinvolge tradizionalmente tutti gli Atenei del Lazio e molti Atenei fuori Regione, Enti pubblici e privati che si occupano di Formazione e Lavoro.
Roma Tre partecipa a questo evento con un proprio spazio espositivo, con conferenze di presentazione dell'offerta formativa dell'Ateneo e promuove i propri Dipartimenti scientifici grazie all'iniziativa Roma 1,2,3 … Scienze;
• Giornate di Vita Universitaria (GVU), si svolgono ogni anno da dicembre a marzo e sono rivolte agli studenti degli ultimi due anni della scuola secondaria superiore.
Si svolgono in tutti i Dipartimenti dell'Ateneo e costituiscono un'importante occasione per le future matricole per vivere la realtà universitaria.
Gli incontri sono strutturati in modo tale che accanto alla presentazione dei Corsi di Laurea, gli studenti possano anche fare un'esperienza diretta di vita universitaria con la partecipazione ad attività didattiche, laboratori, lezioni o seminari, alle quali partecipano anche studenti seniores che svolgono una significativa mediazione di tipo tutoriale.
Partecipano annualmente circa 5.000 studenti;
• Orientarsi a Roma Tre, rappresenta la manifestazione che chiude le annuali attività di orientamento in ingresso e si svolge in Ateneo a luglio di ogni anno.
L'evento accoglie, perlopiù, studenti romani che partecipano per mettere definitivamente a fuoco la loro scelta universitaria.
Durante la manifestazione viene presentata l'offerta formativa e sono presenti, con un proprio spazio, tutti i principali servizi di Roma Tre, le segreterie didattiche e la segreteria studenti.
I servizi online messi a disposizione dei futuri studenti universitari nel tempo sono aumentati tenendo conto dello sviluppo delle nuove opportunità di comunicazione tramite web.
Inoltre, durante tutte le manifestazioni di presentazione dell'offerta formativa, sono illustrati quei servizi online (siti web di Dipartimento, di Ateneo, Portale dello studente etc.) che possono aiutare gli studenti nella loro scelta.
La LM in Economia Aziendale ha attivato altresì delle specifiche azioni di orientamento in ingresso.
In particolare:
- progetto di Alternanza Scuola Lavoro "Introduzione alla Professione del Dottore Commercialista";
- attività di orientamento rivolte agli studenti di LT in Economia e Gestione Aziendale.
Con riferimento al primo punto, negli a.a.
2017-2018 e 2018-2019 è stato progettato dai docenti della LM, finanziato dall'Ateneo, e attuato con la partnership del Consiglio di Roma dell'Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti un progetto rivolto agli studenti dei licei, con il quale i ragazzi, anziché essere
orientati dai docenti circa il contenuto delle nostre discipline, si "auto-orientano" mediante la conoscenza guidata di una delle principali attività professionali che la nostra LM consente di svolgere.
Pertanto, mediante alcune lezioni teoriche e numerose esperienze pratiche, l’obiettivo è sviluppare una base di cultura economico-aziendale-finanziaria negli studenti della Scuola superiore e far loro comprendere le principali attività svolte da un dottore commercialista (assistenza contabile, consulenza tributaria, consulenza organizzativa, ecc.).
Relativamente al secondo punto, negli a.a.
passati sono stati frequentemente organizzati seminari di orientamento alla LM rivolti agli studenti di LT dei Dipartimenti afferenti alla Scuola di Economia e Studi Aziendali.
In particolare, nell'a.a.
2018-19, nell'ambito del corso di Bilancio, canale M-Z, LT in Economia e Gestione Aziendale, è stata organizzata una mattinata di testimonianze di manager rappresentativi di grandi imprese (Poste Italiane, EY, BIP, ecc.), i quali hanno descritto agli studenti quali conoscenze apprese durante i loro studi sono risultate proficuamente applicabili nel mondo del lavoro.
Il Corso di Studio in breve
Il Corso di Laurea in Economia e gestione aziendale (CLEGA) si propone di
preparare gli studenti sia allo svolgimento di attività professionali in
ambito economico-aziendale, sia alla continuazione degli studi nello stesso ambito.
Nel corso del triennio gli studenti acquisiscono:
• le conoscenze di base nelle materie aziendali, economiche, giuridiche e quantitative (matematiche;statistiche)
• le capacità di analisi, di interpretazione e di lettura critica dei fenomeni, dei dati
aziendali e delle informazioni rilevanti;
.• le competenze necessarie per supportare il decision-making manageriale.
Il Corso di Laurea in Economia e gestione aziendale è articolato in quattro percorsi formativi che offrono un'ampia scelta di approfondimenti consentendo agli studenti, una volta acquisitie le conoscenze di base, di studiare a fondo specifici aspetti relativi alla gestione d'impresa.
L'obiettivo è quello di sviluppare un approccio professionale alle
diverse problematiche aziendali anche attraverso elementi di apprendimento avanzato e di orientare lo studente verso una scelta consapevole sia in funzione di un diretto inserimento nel mondo del lavoro, sia in funzione del proseguimento
degli studi.
L'offerta formativa si differenzia nei diversi perscorsi a partire dal secondo anno, dopo che lo studente ha acquisito le conoscenze di base fondamentali.

-QUALITA' DEI PRODOTTI E TUTELA DEL CONSUMATORE
Per conseguire la laurea lo studente deve maturare 180 CFU, ripartiti tra 19 insegnamenti, due prove di idoneità (lingua inglese e informatica) e prova finale.
E' attiva presso il Dipartimento una convenzione con l'Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili di Roma che consente agli studenti che frequentano l'ultimo anno del CLEGA di svolgere un tirocino professionale che dà diritto ad ottenere l'esonero dalla prima prova dell'esame di stato per l'accesso alla sezione B dell'Albo.
Per quanto attiene al proseguimento degli studi, la formazione acquisita consentirà l'accesso a Lauree Magistrali o Master di primo livello sulle varie tematiche proprie dell'ambito economico-aziendale o ad esso collegate.
I possibili sbocchi professionali sono:
• figure professionali e carriere manageriali nelle diverse funzioni di impresa (amministrazione e controllo, finanza, marketing, organizzazione, produzione e tecnologia etc.) e nei diversi tipi di aziende (private e pubbliche);
• attività di consulenza nelle varie aree della gestione aziendale;
• attività imprenditoriali.
Lo studente espliciterà le proprie scelte al momento della presentazione,
tramite il sistema informativo di ateneo, del piano di completamento o del piano di studio individuale,
secondo quanto stabilito dal regolamento didattico del corso di studio.

The course aims to offer students institutional elements of Public Law. The course therefore proposes to offer students a complete overview of the main issues concerning general theory, sources of law, constitutional bodies, organization and action of public administration and jurisdiction, protection of fundamental rights, with a specific focus on the economic Constitution.
Studying Public Law the student will be able to achieve the following educational targets. The course is an introduction to political economy through elementary microeconomic analysis. The behavior of consumers and firms is studied for a deeper understanding of the mechanism of price formation in markets for goods and production factors. The course presents different regimes of competitive markets, ranging from perfect competition to oligopoly and monopolistic competition. At the end of the course a student: • will have gained full awareness of the economic dimension in the behavior of individuals and society as a whole; • will be able to understand the basic principles of the economic behavior of consumers and firms, as well as their interdependency in a complex economic system like a market economy; • will have developed the capacity of critical analysis of the various theories that explain firms’ and consumers’ behavior, and their interactions.

Coherently with the goal of the Economics and Business Administration degree the lessons provide an overview of income and asset measurement and disclosure in the financial statements. The first part is focused on the different theories framed on the income recognition. The second part studies in deep the not public companies’ financial statements in the Italian laws and practices. The third part introduces the IAS/IFRS system, applied, in Italy, to public companies. Students that will attend the course will be able: - to recognize theories inspiring the preparation and presentation of firms’ financial statements; - to apply methods for valuating companies’ assets and liabilities and for preparing income statement and balance sheet; - use the calculation and evaluation tools acquired and explain rigorously and clearly the topics studied.

In line with the educational objectives of the Degree Course in Economics and Business Management, the course promotes knowledge of the fundamental institutions of private law through a logical-scientific and methodological approach to the matter, which allows students to acquire a solid base to deepen more specific areas and related disciplines - including those to be addressed in the master’s degree courses activated in the Department - and indispensable for their cultural and professional training. It aims to provide the conceptual tools and reading keys useful to allow the understanding of the legal system in its essential components through the analysis of the rules and their concrete application. To this end, both during the course and in the study of the recommended texts, the use of an updated civil code is indispensable. At the end of the course, the student will have: - taken knowledge and become acquainted with the basic categories of private law and with the fundamentals of the methodology of legal interpretation; - acquired a notional-theoretical apparatus and an appropriate technical language; - developed a method of understanding the subject.

In line with the learning objectives of the Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management (CLEGA), this course aims to provide the students with a sound basic knowledge of financial instruments, financial intermediaries, financial markets and the applying regulation. For each category of financial instrument, the course analyzes the main characteristics and trading methods. For firms operating in different sectors of financial intermediation (banking, securities, insurance), the course examine organization, strategy, and conditions for viability. Finally, the course focuses on regulation and supervision, also considering determinants and consequences of financial crises. According with the educational objectives of the Degree in Economia e Gestione Aziendale (CLEGA), the course aims to set the foundations of financial evaluation, to provide the basics for the markets’ formalization and for the measurement of the value and risk of financial contracts, to introduce the evaluation of traditional insurance contracts.
At the end of the course students will have developed a solid and rigorous, both theoretical and practical, knowledge on the fundamentals of financial evaluation, on the evaluation of basic and derivative financial contracts (fixed and variable rate bonds and mortgages, interest rate swaps and standard financial options), on the foundations of insurance evaluation.

The course aims at providing students the most relevant instruments for a deep knowledge of functioning and effects of public policies in a closed and open economy context. Market failures and related policy interventions are analysed under the lens of the globalization process. Specific attention is given to the European Union market and policies. At the end of the course students will be equipped with a comprehensive knowledge on: - main market mechanisms on which public policy is based; - theories and practical rules for policy impact evaluation and assessment of efficiency and effectiveness of policy instruments with respect to targets and costs; - mapping methods for complexity analysis on different geographical scales in order to draw the general picture and the specific features that drive choices of policy makers; - applying main efficiency and effectiveness evaluation methods for impacts of public policies on fiscal and monetary themes at different territorial scale, from the regional to the international one.

In line with the educational objectives of the Degree Course in Economics and Business Management, the course promotes knowledge of the fundamental institutions of commercial law, through a logical-scientific and methodological approach to the matter, which allows students to acquire a solid base to deepen more specific areas and related disciplines - including those to be addressed in the master’s degree courses activated in the Department - and indispensable for their cultural and professional training. It aims to provide the conceptual tools and reading keys useful to allow the understanding of the legal system in its essential components through the analysis of the rules and their concrete application. To this end, both during the course and in the study of the recommended texts, the use of an updated civil code is indispensable. At the end of the course, the student will have: - taken knowledge and become acquainted with the basic categories of commercial law and with the fundamentals of the methodology of legal interpretation; - acquired a notional-theoretical apparatus and an appropriate technical language; - developed a method of understanding the subject.

The aims of this course is to explain public sector management and accounting by an integrated approach, such as drawing together accounting theory and practice for each of the main areas (modules) of financial accounting, management accounting and audit. This course is designed to help students develop specific public sector accounting skills. Module I – Introduction: In the first section, the objective is to explain the managerial developments in the public sector, by give a brief history of these; Module II – Management accounting: In the second section the objective is to explain developments in the use of internal markets and compulsory competition and the more recent emphasis on public-private concept and the introduction of the private concept in the public sector; Module III – Financial accounting: In the third section the object is to explain updates and internationalizes the discussion of financial accounting theory and regulation. Module IV – Auditing: In the fourth section are explained the international developments of audit in the public sector.

GOALS of the course The course aims to reach the following goals: - to highlight the peculiariaties of the "Organization" as a field of study and the specialized studies of "Business Organization"; - to provide some essential cognitive elements for dealing with the study of organizational literature and its evolution; - to develop and to deepen the main thematic areas which, according to the distinction adopted in the mainstream approach, refer to the teaching of Business Organization, i.e. organizational design. Knowledge and understanding
The purpose of this course is to provide students with a deeper understanding of markets functioning and regulation from an economic perspective in order to stimulate critical understanding of policy implications from the public side and strategic behaviour from the firms’ side.
Applying knowledge and understanding
Acquired knowledge and skills will enable students to understand and analyse markets functioning within the real economic context with a particular focus on non competitive markets: mainly monopolistic and oligopolistic markets.
Making judgements
The understanding of economic agents’ decision making processes and of non competitive markets’ functioning will enable students to critically analyse the economic reality and the policy makers intervention in terms of markets regulation (deregulation) ad antitrust.
Communication skills

In line with the educational objectives of the degree course in Economics and Business Management, The course aims to provide a solid knowledge of the following basics: - the nature, uses and purposes of management accounting; - the main classifications and cost configurations and their uses; - the main analytical tools related to different cost configurations, their formulas and meanings; -the analysis of profitability, cost-benefit analysis and choice between alternatives.
At the end of the course students should be able to select and apply the main management accounting tools to support decisions. Coherently with the goal of the Economics and Business Administration degree the lessons provide an overview of income and asset measurement and disclosure in the financial statements. The first part is focused on the different theories framed on the income recognition. The second part studies in deep the not public companies’ financial statements in the Italian laws and practices. The third part introduces the IAS/IFRS system, applied, in Italy, to public companies. Students that will attend the course will be able: - to recognize theories inspiring the preparation and presentation of firms’ financial statements; - to apply methods for valuating companies’ assets and liabilities and for preparing income statement and balance sheet; - use the calculation and evaluation tools acquired and explain rigorously and clearly the topics studied.

For each category of financial instrument, the course analyzes the main characteristics and trading methods. Finally, the course focuses on regulation and supervision, also considering determinants and consequences of financial crises. GOALS of the course The course aims to reach the following goals: - to highlight the peculiariaties of the "Organization" as a field of study and the specialized studies of "Business Organization"; - to provide some essential cognitive elements for dealing with the study of organizational literature and its evolution; - to develop and to deepen the main thematic areas which, according to the distinction adopted in the mainstream approach, refer to the teaching of Business Organization, i.e. organizational design. In particular, the following organizational design choices will be analyzed in detail: work organization, work processes (intra-organizational relationships design), business structures, information systems and organizational boundaries (inter-organizational relationships design). - frame the problems of "personnel management" and "management of organizational change" (issues that are the subject of in-depth study in the teaching of organization of master's or graduate’s degree courses); - offer to students the opportunity to take advantage of tools for the analysis of the reality and to improve their ability to intervene on realities, tackling the study of both texts (produced by important authors of organizational theory) and business cases that highlight organizational issues and practices adopted for their resolution. The teaching will be addressed through traditional teaching methods (frontal lessons) useful for framing the complexity of the topics covered, accompanied by exercises, team and individual work carried out by the students, company testimonies and case analysis, aimed at presenting the student with the variety of concrete practices and to stimulate reflection on the articulation of the organizational choices to be faced.

The purpose of this course is to provide students with a deeper understanding of markets functioning and regulation from an economic perspective in order to stimulate critical understanding of policy implications from the public side and strategic behaviour from the firms’ side.
Applying knowledge and understanding
Acquired knowledge and skills will enable students to understand and analyse markets functioning within the real economic context with a particular focus on non competitive markets: mainly monopolistic and oligopolistic markets.
Making judgements
The understanding of economic agents’ decision making processes and of non competitive markets’ functioning will enable students to critically analyse the economic reality and the policy makers intervention in terms of markets regulation (deregulation) ad antitrust.
Communication skills

Coherently with the goal of the Economics and Business Administration degree the lessons provide an overview of income and asset measurement and disclosure in the financial statements. The first part is focused on the different theories framed on the income recognition. The second part studies in deep the not public companies’ financial statements in the Italian laws and practices. The third part introduces the IAS/IFRS system, applied, in Italy, to public companies. Students that will attend the course will be able: - to recognize theories inspiring the preparation and presentation of firms’ financial statements; - to apply methods for valuating companies’ assets and liabilities and for preparing income statement and balance sheet; - use the calculation and evaluation tools acquired and explain rigorously and clearly the topics studied.

Knowledge and understanding
The purpose of this course is to provide students with a deeper understanding of markets functioning and regulation from an economic perspective in order to stimulate critical understanding of policy implications from the public side and strategic behaviour from the firms’ side.
Applying knowledge and understanding
Acquired knowledge and skills will enable students to understand and analyse markets functioning within the real economic context with a particular focus on non competitive markets: mainly monopolistic and oligopolistic markets.
Making judgements
The understanding of economic agents’ decision making processes and of non competitive markets’ functioning will enable students to critically analyse the economic reality and the policy makers intervention in terms of markets regulation (deregulation) ad antitrust.
Communication skills

In line with the tutorial objectives of the Degree Course in Economics and Business Management (CLEGA), the teaching focuses on the general guidelines of the EU and national regulatory framework aimed at protecting the rights of consumers and users. The course aims to provide the students with the skills to grasp the problems which may arise before consumers and users of public and private services, so as to correctly frame them in their essential legal elements and possibly identify the tools for their solution. It will be mainly seminarial and will be conducted through a constant examination of EU and Italian regulatory texts, as well as the analysis of the most relevant judgments pronounced by the EU Court of Justice, by the Italian Court of Cassation and by the relevant Courts. Attending students will receive special in-depth didactic material relating to the topics covered. At the end of the course, students are expected to have: - ability to examine and interpret sources, organization and regulations; - knowledge and understanding of the basic and sectoral legal rules governing the wide-ranging protection of the consumer; - ability to trace, among the rules of consumer law, those suitable for providing the solution of a concrete case; - the acquisition of a method which allows the student to orient himself/herself, within the legal system, in the search for the most suitable tools to address issues and problems not previously addressed, through the process of empowering the interpreter.
