THE COURSE IS DESIGNED TO INTRODUCE THE STUDENT TO THE STUDY OF PUBLIC LAW, THE ACQUISITION OF CONCEPTS OF MOVENDO GENERAL THEORY OF RIGHT-ES. LAW, RULE, RULE, ANTINOMY, then passed-VALIDITY FOR A REVIEW OF MAJOR INSTITUTIONS MATTER GIURISPUBBLICISTICA. IN PARTICULAR, The course will, AS WELL AS THE GENERAL THEORY ON THE PRINCIPLES OF THE ORGANIZATION AND POWERS ON THE PRODUCTION OF PUBLIC LAW OBJECTIVE OF THE SYSTEM OF CHECKS AND WITH THAT AUTONOMIES. THE END OF THE CYCLE OF LESSONS THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO MASTERING THE BASICS OF PUBLIC LAW, WHAT YOU ALLOW ENOUGH TO FACE WITH THE JURISDICTION OF SPECIALISED COURSES MORE YEARS LATER.

The course’s main objectives are the acquisition of the basic knowledges of Roman private law connected to modern and contemporary legal systems and the introduction to legal reasoning by the history of law.

The course aims at introducing students to the main legal systems consolidated globally, and more specifically to those with which the Italian legal system has major contacts. The approach will be both from a historical perspective and from one taking into consideration the main and current intersections between legal systems, highlighting similarities, convergences and competition between models.

THE COURSE IS TO PROVIDE A promises CONSULTATION GUIDE TO READING THE CLASSIFICATION AND THE FILING OF THE TRADITIONAL LEGAL DOCUMENTATION AND ELECTRONICS, highly contemporary reviving THE LOGIC OF THE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF RESEARCH underlying the STRUCTURE AND TRADITIONAL PAPER SET OF TOOLS.

Provide students with a perspective of Medieval and Modern legal-political thought, through the study of rules, legal treatises and legislation developed in Europe until the experience of the codifications.

The classes aim to give the fundamental elements of the employment law, focusing in particular on industrial relations, employment contract and relationship, social security, even taking in account the most recent changes happened in the field

Knowledge of the following topics: development of the European integration; institutional framework; European judicial system; sources of law; judicial system warranty; relationship between EU and Member States; citizenship.

CORPORATE LAW I (A-L)

Rules governing commercial entities and corporations

The course is aimed at providing the students with the fundamental and basic concepts of the so-called General Part of Criminal Law, that is the branch of legal dogmatic whose object is, mainly, the study of the sources and the limits of validity of the criminal rule, the structure of the criminal fact, the forms of manifestation of offence and the system of penalties, criminal and not, consequent to the commission of a crime. This study finds its own proofing test in the analysis of some of the most important hypothesis of the so-called “natural” offences, such as crimes against life and personal safety and crimes against property.

ACHIEVING THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND OPERATION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, ESPECIALLY IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF RELATIONSHIP WITH PRIVATE

Civil procedure attends to dynamic field of judicial experience; the one is affirming the existence of rights, the other is their effective being and peaceful practice. Whether a right is denied or its practice is forbidden, we need effective redress devices. Civil procedure attends to relationships between claimant and defendant. Before studying how proceedings are regulated, however, we need to describe the aim which they can pursue, that is protection forms, which overlap to different kinds of manageable action. We need to specify prerequisities of Courts before which the proceedings is brought, as well as qualities of parties involved in the proceedings, and devices that each of them can use. These general topics concern the first part of the course. In the second and third part we will examine rules of ordinary proceedings before lower courts and appeals.
