Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione
I laureati dovranno avere una solida e rigorosa conoscenza di base interdisciplinare delle discipline aziendali, economiche, giuridiche e statistico-matematiche, nonché una conoscenza approfondita dei concetti e delle tecniche decisionali più rilevanti che caratterizzano il profilo scientifico-professionale di carattere aziendale prescelto tra quelli offerti dal corso di laurea, che nello specifico riguarda una particolare area gestionale dell'impresa ovvero una specifica categoria di aziende ovvero una determinata categoria di problemi e decisioni manageriali.
La struttura su 3 livelli del corso di laurea (linguaggi di entrata, concetti/metodi caratterizzanti del corso di laurea, conoscenze/tecniche specifiche e integrative del percorso) nonché la ripartizione dei crediti formativi tra i diversi ambiti scientifico-disciplinari e tra i SSD al loro interno sono funzionali al raggiungimento di questo obiettivo.
Inoltre, saranno utilizzati manuali e altri tipi di supporti didattici di elevata e comprovata qualità, preferibilmente caratterizzati da diffusione internazionale.
Capacità di applicare conoscenza e comprensione
Il laureati dovranno avere le capacità di leggere e interpretare i dati e i fenomeni aziendali, inquadrandoli nel contesto economico di riferimento, e in ottica di confronto temporale (in relazione alla dinamica evolutiva dell'impresa analizzata) e spaziale (in relazione a imprese similari e comparabili); nonchè le capacità di selezionare il framework logico adeguato per analizzare lo specifico problema aziendale e risolverlo, applicando selettivamente e criticamente le tecniche decisionali apprese, formulando scenari alternativi e esplicitando le relative implicazioni sul problema/fenomeno in esame.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo gli insegnamenti del corso di laurea miscelano opportunamente la strumentazione logica con la sua applicazione a scenari/problemi/contesti differenziati, attraverso metodi didattici attivi quali analisi di casi, simulazioni di problemi decisionali, lettura/interpretazione/commento di dati, rapporti, materiali tratti dalla realtà economico-aziendale.
In tal modo si ritiene di consentire lo sviluppo nello studente, mutuando da Simon, sia di una razionalità sostantiva che di una razionalità procedurale.
Autonomia di giudizio
Il laureati dovranno avere capacità di esprimere autonomamente valutazioni argomentate in sede di analisi di un fenomeno o di un problema aziendale e di suggerire decisioni per gestirlo e/o risolverlo, anche in relazione alla complessità del contesto economico e sociale.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo si è cercato di sviluppare una conoscenza ampia, articolata e critica dei concetti e degli strumenti trattati.
Questo a due livelli.
A livello di struttura del corso di studio, pur tenendo conto della centralità dell'ambito aziendale (in considerazione degli obiettivi formativi della classe e del corso di laurea), si è fornito un mix ragionevolmente equilibrato anche degli altri 3 ambiti scientifico-disciplinari previsti dalla classe, in modo da favorire nello studente una visione interdisciplinare del tema/problema trattato e da sensibilizzarlo alla necessità e utilità di utilizzare linguaggi e strumenti diversi per analizzarlo/valutarlo, adattando l'argomentazione alla particolare prospettiva assunta.
A livello di singolo insegnamento, si fornisce sui singoli temi trattati un quadro sistematico e multilaterale dei diversi approcci di analisi, nonché la duplice prospettiva, teorica ed empirica, di analisi.
Abilità comunicative
Il laureati dovranno avere capacità di comunicare valutazioni/argomentazioni/decisioni in con linguaggio scientifico-professionale in maniera chiara ed efficace.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo si favorisce l'acquisizione nei diversi insegnamenti del linguaggio specialistico (per esempio con il riferimento anche a dati, rapporti, materiali, tratti dalla realtà) e il ricorso a forme di verifica che utilizzano sia l'esposizione orale che scritta, e e in alcuni casi attraverso il lavoro di gruppo per la realizzazione di progetti anche interdisciplinari.
Capacità di apprendimento
I laureati dovranno avere capacità di apprendere e rielaborare concetti e tecniche, a livelli successivi di approfondimento, con rigore metodologico, approccio critico e selettività applicativa, in funzione sia dell'inserimento nel mondo del lavoro sia del proseguimento degli studi.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, gli studenti saranno guidati lungo percorsi formativi caratterizzati da un progressivo innalzamento del livello delle competenze e delle capacità analitiche e metodologiche richieste per l'acquisizione finale dei crediti formativi.
Verranno utilizzati strumenti di verifica intermedia e finale coerenti con il raggiungimento di questo obiettivo, utilizzando forme alternative e graduali di verifica dell'expertise maturata, quali prove orali, prove scritte, test multiple choice, project work individuali e di gruppo, ecc.
Requisiti di ammissione
Per accedere al corso di laurea è richiesta una buona cultura generale ed una sufficiente attitudine al ragionamento logico-analitico.
Gli studenti che intendono immatricolarsi dovranno essere in possesso di un diploma di scuola secondaria superiore o di un titolo ad esso equipollente e dovranno sostenere una prova di ingresso con finalità di orientamento, volta a favorire nello studente l'autoverifica delle proprie attitudini di base nei confronti del corso di laurea.
La prova è articolata in due aree: a) capacità di comprensione di un testo e b) capacità logico-matematiche, che saranno valutate separatamente in modo da individuare eventuali carenze nell'una e/o nell'altra area.
La valutazione complessiva terrà anche conto del curriculum scolastico dello studente.
Le modalità di verifica e gli obblighi formativi aggiuntivi in caso di esito non positivo della stessa saranno dettagliati nel regolamento didattico del corso di studio, al quale si rinvia.
Prova finale
La struttura didattica di riferimento ha scelto, nell'ambito della discrezionalità riconosciuta dalla legge, di privilegiare gli aspetti dei fondamenti formativi del corso di studio.
Di conseguenza ha deciso di riservare alla prova finale il rilievo di una semplice e mirata verifica del complesso della preparazione già acquisita e pertanto di attribuire alla stessa 3 CFU.
Coerentemente con la norma, si ritiene infatti che la prova finale abbia il ruolo di importante occasione formativa individuale a completamento del percorso, ma che, proprio in tal senso, non debba tradursi nell'approfondimento più o meno ampio di altre conoscenze del corso di studio o del percorso formativo-professionale scelto dalla studente.
Ma piuttosto debba consentire di verificare, su un tema oggetto di studio nel percorso formativo del laureando, i risultati di apprendimento attesi attraverso il recupero, in ottica sistematica, integrata e possibilmente critica, delle conoscenze già acquisite.
La prova, pertanto, sarà organizzata in modo da verificare su un determinato argomento, che sia rilevante per il corso di laurea e/o il percorso scelto, il raggiungimento dei risultati di apprendimento attesi del corso di laurea stesso, come sono stati in precedenza esplicitati, e in particolare capacità di comprensione, capacità di applicazione a problemi/contesti differenti, capacità di rielaborazione critica e argomentazione, capacità di comunicazione scritta/orale.
Coerentemente, il punteggio finale dell'esame di laurea terrà conto, oltre che della prova finale e della media degli esami sostenuti, anche di altri aspetti quali-quantitativi del percorso formativo svolto dal laureando, che appunto completano la verifica del raggiungimento dei suddetti risultati di apprendimento attesi.
Sbocchi occupazionali e professionali previsti per i laureati
I possibili sbocchi professionali sono:
- figure professionali e carriere manageriali nelle diverse funzioni aziendali di imprese/aziende di diverso tipo (private e pubbliche, operanti nei diversi settori)
- attività di consulenza direzionale nelle varie aree della gestione aziendale
- attività imprenditoriali (in proprio o nelle aziende di famiglia).
Per quanto attiene al riferimento degli sbocchi professionali indicati alla Classificazione delle professioni dell'Istat, si segnala la difficoltà di un riferimento puntuale e completo, dal momento che la seconda delle due dimensioni su cui si basa quella classificazione, rispettivamente campo delle competenze (skill specialization) e livello delle competenze (skill level), è approssimata sostanzialmente dal titolo di istruzione formale richiesto per lo svolgimento della professione e i livelli di istruzione utilizzati nella classificazione (che è del 2001) non sono aggiornati ai 2 livelli di laurea dell'attuale riforma (laurea triennale e laurea magistrale).
Di conseguenza la corrispondenza degli sbocchi professionali del corso di laurea non può che essere definita in via approssimativa, come segue, con l'avvertenza che:
- per le professioni (codice 3.3) nel cui ambito solo alcuni profili sono riservati al personale di livello universitario, il riferimento è limitato a questi profili.
- per la professione di Specialisti in scienze economiche (2.5.3.1), sono da considerarsi solo le seguenti figure: analista di organizzazioni, analista finanziario (analisi di bilancio e titoli), consulente di organizzazione e gestione aziendale.
Orientamento in ingresso
Le azioni di orientamento in ingresso sono improntate alla realizzazione di processi di raccordo con la scuola media secondaria.
Si concretizzano in attività di carattere informativo sui Corsi di Studio (CdS) dell’Ateneo ma anche come impegno condiviso da Scuola e Università per favorire lo sviluppo di una maggiore consapevolezza da parte degli studenti nel compiere scelte coerenti con le proprie conoscenze, competenze, attitudini e interessi.
Le attività promosse si articolano in:
a) seminari e attività formative realizzate in collaborazione con i docenti della scuola;
b) incontri e manifestazioni informative rivolte alle future matricole;
c) sviluppo di servizi on line per l’orientamento e l’auto-orientamento.
Tra le attività svolte in collaborazione con le scuole per lo sviluppo di una maggiore consapevolezza nella scelta, il “progetto di auto-orientamento” è un intervento significativo che consente di promuovere un raccordo particolarmente qualificato con alcune scuole medie superiori che insistono sul territorio limitrofo a Roma Tre.
Il progetto, infatti, è articolato in incontri svolti presso le scuole dagli esperti dell’Ufficio Orientamento con la collaborazione di studenti seniores ed è finalizzato a sollecitare nelle future matricole una riflessione sui propri punti di forza e sui criteri di scelta (gli incontri si svolgono nel periodo ottobre-dicembre).
La presentazione dell’offerta formativa agli studenti delle scuole superiori prevede tre eventi principali, distribuiti nel corso dell’anno accademico, ai quali partecipano tutti i CdS.
• Salone dello studente “Campus orienta”, si svolge presso la fiera di Roma fra ottobre e novembre e coinvolge tradizionalmente tutti gli Atenei del Lazio e molti Atenei fuori Regione, Enti pubblici e privati che si occupano di Formazione e Lavoro.
Roma Tre partecipa a questo evento con un proprio spazio espositivo e con conferenze di presentazione dell’offerta formativa dell’Ateneo.
• Le Giornate di Vita Universitaria (GVU) si svolgono ogni anno da gennaio a marzo e sono rivolte agli studenti degli ultimi due anni della scuola secondaria superiore.
Si svolgono in tutti i Dipartimenti dell’Ateneo e costituiscono una importante occasione per le future matricole per vivere la realtà universitaria.
Gli incontri sono strutturati in modo tale che accanto alla presentazione dei CdS, gli studenti possano anche fare un’esperienza diretta di vita universitaria con la partecipazione ad attività didattiche, laboratori, lezioni o seminari, alle quali partecipano anche studenti seniores che svolgono una significativa mediazione di tipo tutoriale.
Partecipano annualmente oltre 6.000 studenti delle secondarie.
• Orientarsi a Roma Tre rappresenta la manifestazione che chiude le annuali attività di orientamento in ingresso e si svolge in Ateneo a luglio di ogni anno.
L’evento accoglie mediamente circa 3.000 studenti romani e non solo, che partecipano per mettere definitivamente a fuoco la loro scelta universitaria.
Oltre all’offerta formativa sono presentati tutti i principali servizi di Roma Tre rivolti agli studenti e le segreterie didattiche sono a disposizione per tutte le informazioni relative alle pratiche di immatricolazione.
In tutte le manifestazioni di presentazione dell’offerta formativa, sono illustrati anche i vari servizi on line che possono aiutare gli studenti nella scelta: dai siti web dei Dipartimenti al sito del POS (Prove di Orientamento Simulate) che consente alle future matricole di autovalutarsi rispetto ai requisiti di accesso per tutti i CdS di Roma Tre.
Inoltre durante i suddetti incontri agli studenti viene presentato il sito web Orientarsi, un servizio pensato proprio in loro funzione, iscrivendosi al quale, possono ricevere sulla propria casella di posta elettronica, le informazioni relative ai CdS ai cui sono interessati e le informazioni di carattere pratico relative alle procedure amministrative di preiscrizione.
Infine, in tutte le manifestazioni che si svolgono in Ateneo sono somministrati ai partecipanti questionari di soddisfazione che vengono elaborati ed utilizzati per proporre miglioramenti all’organizzazione degli eventi.
Il Corso di Studio in breve
Il Corso di Laurea in Economia e gestione aziendale (CLEGA) si propone di
preparare gli studenti sia allo svolgimento di attività professionali in
ambito economico-aziendale, sia alla continuazione degli studi nello stesso ambito.
Nel corso del triennio gli studenti acquisiscono:
• le conoscenze di base nelle materie aziendali, economiche, giuridiche e quantitative (matematiche;statistiche)
• le capacità di analisi, di interpretazione e di lettura critica dei fenomeni, dei dati
aziendali e delle informazioni rilevanti;
.• le competenze necessarie per supportare il decision-making manageriale.
Il Corso di Laurea in Economia e gestione aziendale è articolato in cinque percorsi formativi che offrono un'ampia scelta di approfondimenti consentendo agli studenti, una volta acquisitie le conoscenze di base, di studiare a fondo specifici aspetti relativi alla gestione d'impresa.
L'obiettivo è quello di sviluppare un approccio professionale alle
diverse problematiche aziendali anche attraverso elementi di apprendimento avanzato e di orientare lo studente verso una scelta consapevole sia in funzione
di un diretto inserimento nel mondo del lavoro, sia in funzione del proseguimento
degli studi.
L'offerta formativa si differenzia nei diversi perscorsi a partire dal secondo anno, dopo che lo studente ha acquisito le conoscenze di base fondamentali.
I 5 percorsi proposti sono:

-GESTIONE DELLE AMMINISTRAZIONI PUBBLICHE/NO PROFIT
-GESTIONE DELLE IMPRESE
-QUALITA' DEI PRODOTTI E TUTELA DEL CONSUMATORE
Per conseguire la laurea lo studente deve maturare 180 CFU, ripartiti tra 19 insegnamenti, due prove di idoneità (lingua inglese e informatica) e prova finale.
La laurea in Economia e Gestione Aziendale prepara sia al PROSEGUIMENTO DEGLI STUDI sia all'inserimento nel MONDO DEL LAVORO.
Per quanto attiene al proseguimento degli studi, la formazione acquisita consentirà l'accesso a Lauree Magistrali o Master di primo livello sulle varie tematiche proprie dell'ambito economico-aziendale o ad esso collegate
I possibili sbocchi professionali sono:
• figure professionali e carriere manageriali nelle diverse funzioni di impresa (amministrazione e controllo, finanza, marketing, organizzazione, produzione e tecnologia etc.) e nei diversi tipi di aziende (private e pubbliche, profit e non profit);
• attività di consulenza nelle varie aree della gestione aziendale;
• attività imprenditoriali.
Inoltre, nell'a.a.2011-2012 la Facoltà di Economia ha siglato un accordo di DOPPIO TITOLO (approvato in senato accademico il 29/05/2012), di durata decennale, con la ESC di Troyes per il rilascio del titolo Laurea Triennale in Economia e Gestione Aziendale da parte di Roma Tre e del "Diplôme INBA –Ecole Internationale de Management" da parte del Groupe Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Troyes".
Lo studente espliciterà le proprie scelte al momento della presentazione,
tramite il sistema informativo di ateneo, del piano di completamento o del piano di studio individuale,
secondo quanto stabilito dal regolamento didattico del corso di studio.
