The first part treats, in a pragmatical approach, the “phenomenology” of contract, including principles and rules concerning the essential elements of contract, the formation of consent; the types of contracts; the consumer contracts, in a perspective that looks at progressive developments of legal system. The second part regards the different kinds of disputive resolution, in particular the contract of “transazione”.
