(obiettivi)
This course has two main objectives: - highlight the cultural underpinnings of law and legal knowledge in the context of the Renaissance; - study the formation of legal knowledge in a European context, as national legal orders begin to emerge. So, this course will put into perspective the technical aspects and the national dimension of law, as they are generally presented to law students.
