The course provides the basis for the knowledge of the main laws regarding the profession of pharmacist and illustrated the general organization of the national health service with particular regard to pharmaceutical services. The expected learning outcomes are related to the necessary competences in the pharmaceutical technology sector for the purposes of a complete knowledge of the national legislative regulations with particular regard to the regulatory provisions of pharmacist. Furthermore, the aim the course is
- provide clues on the reality of the work and economic management of the pharmacy;
- connect academic study with the profession of pharmacist;
- provide the main tools as well as some management and organization methods;
- identify and apply the most important aspects of communication and communication strategy;
- provide the basic elements of managerial training;
- provide basic notions for the management of human resources in the pharmacy
