EDUCATIONAL GOALS
The course aims to deepen the dynamics of the criminal trial and the fundamental principles that support it. For this purpose, the manual study is supported by the reading of the rules contained in the criminal code and by the study of the jurisprudence, so as to provide the student with adequate preparation in the specific sector.
