ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE (3 sessions of 4 hours each) FIRST SESSION - Introduction and Design (4 hours)
Workshop introduction: objectives, working methods, and assessment Overview of main LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Google Classroom) Formation of working groups (2-4 people) Comparative analysis of platforms: features, strengths, and limitations Definition of the real e-learning case to develop Selection of the most suitable platform for the identified case Course structure design: learning objectives, target users, content organization
SECOND SESSION - Implementation (4 hours)
LMS environment configuration and user/role management Creation and uploading of educational content (materials, multimedia resources) Organization of course modules and sections Implementation of assessment tools (quizzes, assignments, rubrics) Configuration of communication tools (forums, chat, messaging) Testing of implemented functionalities
THIRD SESSION - Comparison, Feedback, and Refinement (4 hours)
Interim presentation of group projects Comparison of design choices and platforms used Peer feedback session among students Discussion of strengths and critical issues emerged Modifications and improvements to the final product based on feedback Completion and optimization of platforms Final instructions for report and presentation preparation
SUBMISSION AND DISCUSSION (outside workshop hours)
Written report preparation (common part + individual sections): at home Final presentation and demo preparation: at home Materials submission via Moodle platform Final discussion: during the exam
