The aim of the course is to provide the student with specific knowledge regarding the management of health and safety at workplaces in the clinical and hospital environment, with reference to the policies of hazard identification, risk assessment and mitigation, development of prevention and protection measures. The course will provide students with the theoretical basis to forecast the most frequent healthcare risk scenarios in terms of probability of occurrence and to develop basic strategies for emergency management and impact limitation of accident and accident events.
