The course covers business law (the concept of entrepreneur, entrepreneurial statute, distinctive signs of the enterprise, competition and market law, proprietary rights, consortia and business), companies (partnerships and corporations, cooperatives, transformation, mergers and demergers, groups of companies), the general law on debt securities (outline), and business negotiations, with particular attention to the most common contractual instruments, with particular emphasis on the insurance, banking, and financial markets.
