The course aims to explore the most important junctures in the genesis of capitalism in the light of the evolution of economic thought between the 19th and 20th centuries, developing in students the ability to make connections between history and economic theory.

During the course, the course materials to be studied will be pointed out; a written presentation and oral presentation of a paper are expected to deepen a course topic.
