The course aims to address, a transversal way. the main professional topics, with characteristics of preparatory to specialized topics.
With attendance at the course of not less than 90%, the recognition of the legal module (28 hours) is provided for the training of the safety coordinator in design and execution and the head of the prevention and protection service.
Introduction to Occupational Safety.
• Basic legislation on occupational safety and hygiene; the contractual regulations relating to occupational safety and health aspects; the legislation on insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases.
• The Consolidated Law on health and safety in the workplace with particular reference to Title I. The subjects of the Company Prevention System: tasks, obligations, civil and criminal liability.
Concepts of risk, danger, prevention and protection. Methodologies for the identification, analysis and assessment of risks.
• European regulations and their value; the rules of good technique; product directives.
• Sanctioning regulations and inspection procedures. Specific legislation on health and safety on temporary or mobile construction sites and work at height. Title IV of the Consolidated Law on health and safety in the workplace.
• The figures involved in the realization of the work: the tasks, obligations, responsibilities□ civil and criminal.
• The safe organization of the construction site. The timetable of the works. Documentary obligations on the part of clients, companies, safety coordinators.

50). the specific Implementing Guidelines of the new Procurement Code
