PUBLIC INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION LAW
(objectives)
Learning objectives: Basic knowledge of the notions of public law and critical analysis of information and communication law. Expected learning outcomes: a) ability to reconstruct the main institutions of public law; b) ability to recognize in practice the main legal issues in the fields of information and communication law; c) introduction to the legal regulation of personal and non-personal data and their influence on information and communication law.
