(syllabus)
The course will discuss the relationship between digital humanities and philosophy. Among the topics discussed, the concept of representative omnipotence of digital encoding (and its history), basic concepts of the philosophy of information; introduction to and philosophical relevance of Artificial Intelligence; the development of generative AI; the relationship between media studies and philosophy; simulism; an introduction to computer ethics.
