History of the Age of the Reformation and Counter-Reformation MD
(objectives)
The course will explore some significant themes of European history between the end of the 15th century and the first half of the 17th century. Special attention will be paid to the religious, political, cultural and social conflicts that led, through the birth, establishment and development of the Protestant churches, to the fracture of Christianity, but also to the attempts that were undertaken to reduce and heal this fracture.
