Constitutional justice and its historical and cultural premises. Constitutional jurisdiction in Italy: the Constitutional Court and its relations with other Constitutional powers. The sources of law on constitutional justice. Organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court. Judicial review of legislation. The trial in an incidental way: object and justiciable defects; the proceeding. The judgment based on a direct recourse object and justiciable defects; the proceeding. Typology and effects of the decisions of the Constitutional Court judicial review of legislation. Attribution conflicts among State powers. Attribution conflicts between the State and the Regions and between the Regions. The judgment on viability of abrogative referendum requests. Criminal jurisdiction to charges against the President of the Republic.
