The course aims to provide a solid theoretical and practical understanding of business management, exploring the main concepts, tools, and techniques for the effective leadership of an enterprise.
Main topics:
Fundamentals of Business Economics Introduction to the business system: nature, functions, and objectives. Relationships with the external and internal environment.
Business Management Processes Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling as essential management functions.
Resource Analysis and Governance Management of human, financial, technological, and material resources.
Planning and Control Tools Financial statements, budgeting, management control, cost analysis, and performance evaluation.
Business Strategy and Decision-Making Processes Strategy formulation and implementation, SWOT analysis, evaluation of the competitive environment.
Organizational Management Organizational structures, coordination models, decision-making processes, and change management.
Operational Aspects and Process Management Marketing, finance, production processes, quality management, logistics, and supply chain management.
