Fundamentals of process theory with particular reference to general notions of civil procedure. The Italian labor procedure and specifics procedural rules of agrarian and tenancy contracts. - General information on the "labor procedure". - The individual labor disputes. - Disputes relating to Italian welfare state system (public security and assistance required). - Labor Arbitration. - Procedural rules of the "statute of workers' rights" and on individual dismissal. - Specifics procedural rules on tenancy and lease contracts of the labor procedure.The Italian labor procedure as a model for the simplification of the Italian civil procedure under ex d.lgs. n. 150/2011
