Derived from	20110771 Activity: New technologies and democracy: the challenges of digital constitutionalism in Law LMG/01 BENVENUTI SIMONE (syllabus) The course will introduce the main topics of constitutionalism from the point of view of the challenges posed by technological development. After a historical introduction of the values of European constitutionalism(s) and their questioning by technological development, the course focuses on the European and Atlantic perspectives in the regulation of the digital dimension, ìthen addressing some specific issues, from the regulation of platforms to freedom of expression. (reference books) Readings will be perovided before each class
