By reasoning about each of the powers of the State and on the constitutional bodies that embody them, the course aims to provide students with the tools to critically understand the constitutional dynamics among the powers of the State. By moving beyond theoretical paradigms, studying practical cases and interacting with experts, the skills to disentangle the contemporary debate on the reform of the Italian form of government will also be offered.
