(syllabus)
Lessons will deal with the following topics:
1. Theoretical approach to documentation, role in the acquisition of a scientific recognition of the profession; 2. historical phases that has gone through the documentation in the social service: through a privileged witness, students will have the opportunity to learn about the transformations that have affected the profession after the d.p.r. 616/77 and the law on transparency (241/90 and subsequent); 3. Distinction between documents and documentation; 4. Professional documentation: type and finalizing documentation produced and documentation and informative, internal and external documentation, etc.; 5. Writing an administrative act (criteria, style, period, text and connections, language) 6. social folder; 7. Diary of the case; 8. Recordings of interviews and home visits, and extracts from the minutes of meetings to decisions relating to the case; 9. Social relations and documentation output (collaborations requests, requests financial contributions, assistance housing that, updates, etc.); 10. Rules and tools for writing the report 11. Judicial Authority decrees; 12. Link between professional documentation and the code of ethics of social workers, especially in the light of the new Code of Ethics of Social Workers
