The course examines the relationship between the art of movement and the movement of images, analyzing dance and video in cases of documentation of performances or artistic creation and their possible combinations. In the chronological span from the second half of the twentieth century to contemporary experiences, the course is based on the vision, the commentary and the study of the main cases of dance in video.

During the course of the lectures, videos and archival materials will be screened and, where possible, made available to students. Full videography will be provided during the course.
