The teaching of " Data Protection Rules and Civil Litigation Procedure”, aims to provide basic knowledge of the system of judicial protection of rights to privacy, through an analysis of procedural rights concerning “Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority”, “Right to an effective judicial remedy against a supervisory authority” and “Right to an effective judicial remedy against a controller or processor”.
