The course includes lectures and exercises:
- The frontal lessons consist of the explanation of the techniques for drafting the main documents of the criminal trial. We will then proceed with the theoretical framework of the criminal procedural law institutions necessary for the drafting of the proposed documents.
- The exercises consist of a written test followed by participatory correction
