The course aims to provide the knowledge and skills useful for increasing digital awareness from both theoretical and practical perspectives, with a specific focus on the digital transformation of the Public Sector. Starting from the analysis of the three fundamental characteristics of digitalization (agility, youth and pervasiveness), at the end of the course, students will be able to seize the opportunities that digital can offer and positively steer their effects. Digital awareness is not a merely technological issue but it is deeply interdisciplinary, impacting managerial, organizational, sociological and philosophical aspects. This course provides for a group project work finalized, on one side, to deal with complex digital transformation projects in which the contamination of different professionals is fundamental and, on the other side, to have the chance to engage with team’s members, enhancing the makings of each one.
