GENERAL PART The creation of law - Sources of law - Constitution, ordinary laws and other sources of law - Fundamental Rights - Constitutional justice –Constitutional Court: composition, the judgment concerning constitutional legitimacy, conflicts arising over the allocation of powers, charges against the President of the Republic, admissibility of referendums.
SPECIAL PART The interpretation in conformity with the Constitution: the role of the Constitutional Court and the other courts in “doing constitutional justice” for a better protection of rights.

The Constitution and the above mentioned laws can be downloaded from the Italian institutions’ websites (e.g. www.cortecostituzionale.it; www.parlamento.it ). The knowledge of Public Law course’s contents is required.
