(syllabus)
This course’s syllabus focuses on the study and understanding of juridical enterprise profiles through the analysis of intellectual professions, specifically of professional partnership of lawyers.
The subjects in this course of study are: The individual enterprise (excluding trademarks, patents and competition rules); general profiles of the collective exercise of the enterprise with the exclusion of partnerships (“società di persone”); Capital investment companies and its institutions, with particular focus on securities listed in the stock market. In-depth analysis of the jurisdictions and responsibilities in the management of companies and particularly of companies in crisis. The course is also focused to the study of mutualistic phenomena and cooperative companies.
