The laboratory aims to develop competences of analysis of inclusive processes in school contexts through a perspective based on the “research-training in action”.
Through participation in the Inclusive Pedagogy and Disability Studies Laboratory, the student will be able to achieve the following educational objectives.
In terms of knowledge and understanding: - knowledge and understanding of the evaluation work tool (RAV) and improvement (PdM) provided for by the national legislation for schools; - knowledge and understanding of analysis models of Cultures, Policies and Inclusive Practices at school and in the national training system.
In terms of applying knowledge and understanding: - skills to plan self-analysis and self-improvement actions at school; - skills to take on, through simulations, agent roles for the development of inclusive procedures at school; - skills to use tools and apply self-analysis and self-improvement procedures.
In terms of Making judgements - skills to analyze data and make evaluations of data and information that has emerged. - skills to express personal and original evaluations.
In terms of Communication skills: - be able to produce reports, present data and discuss results.
In terms of Learning skills: - demonstrate openness and willingness to experiment; - show a good degree of agency. - demonstrate skills to team’s work.
