The course aims to provide students with a qualified education on the principles and rules that govern the regulation of network services, and to make the academic community and students aware of the use of alternative dispute resolution methods. In particular, during the course, students will be allowed to participate in a number of conciliations held at the Single Buyer s.p.a., after studying the case being dealt with.
