The course is divided into 5 modules of two hours each, for a total of 10 hours which corresponds to the assignment of 1 CFU.
The subject of the individual meetings is as follows:
1. Nature, basis and scope of the liability of the criminal entity
2. Top management and individuals subject to the direction and supervision of others
3: The criterion of interest or advantage
4. The "organizational fault"
5. The system of sanctions
