Plate Tectonics Theory. Morphology of the sea floor. Principles of sedimentology with emphasis on costal processes. Deep sea depositional environments. Tectonic, volcanism and sedimentation of plate margins and the oceanic floor. Costal geomorphology and costal depositional environments. Climatic and anthropic impact on costal dynamics.
