OBIETTIVI FORMATIVI IN LINGUA INGLESE: The course offers a historical reconstruction of the legal and canonical marriage patterns from the Middle Ages to the 1983 Code, in relation to the change of the social, institutional and legal. The course also aims to stimulate reflection on the reform of the canonical process for the causes for declaration of invalidity of 15 August 2015.
