The 1st yr Language and Translation course of Non-European language, comes under the core educational activities of the “Languages and cultures studies of the respective countries” of the bachelor’s degree course in Languages and Cultural & Linguistic Mediation, specifically those activities aimed at providing knowledge of the cultural, specifically literary tradition of the foreing languae of study.
The course aims to familiarize with the principal authors and texts in the language of study; basic tools for the analysis of typologically diverse texts.
Expected learning outcomes: The course aims at providing students with the knowledge of the most significant authors and books in the context; they will acquire basic notions for different text typologies analysis.
