The course covers topics related to the CONTEXT: management processes structures in relation to the context of decision making and problem solving. Application to processes and projects. In particular for processes: methods of representation and analysis, performance indicators, executive reporting, monitoring as a prerequisite for decision making. BPR (Business Process Reengineering). Particularly for projects : by using C / SCSC - EVM - EVMS for decision making. Risk Management. INDICATORS AND DASHBOARD: The statistical methods are presented to support the Decision Making for the detection and representation of data. MCDA METHODS: presentation of methods for multi-criteria decisions analysis (MCDA), including the AHP, Electre methods I, II, III, TOPSIS, PROMETHEE. STRATEGIC INTERACTION: Game theory. Normal Form Games, Zero Sum Games, no-zero Sum Games, Solution Concepts: Dominated Strategies, Nash Equilibrium, Nash Equilibrium with Mixed Strategies, Correlated Equilibria, Extensive FormGames, Solution Concepts: Backwards Induction , Subgame Perfection. Bayesian Extensive Games, Extensive Form Games of Incomplete Information, Trembling Hand Perfection, Sequential Equilibrium. Signal Games.
