Workshop aims at promoting experiences of community of practices (in the perspective of "research-training in action") in which the ability to reflexively act and to be agentive can develop in future teachers. The background is represented by the direct participation in the processes of self-analysis and self-improvement of school life, even in the perspective of socio-analysis narrative.
