BUSINESS ECONOMICS - ADVANCED COURSE
(objectives)
In line with the educating objectives of the Master’s Degree Course in Business Economics and the Master’s Degree Course Economics and Management and the Degree of the Course of Business Economics Advanced Course aims to provide students with the knowledge and useful tools for an advanced economic-financial analysis and assessment of business performance, with particular regard to corporate financial dynamics and related reporting. The Course analyzes the tools for an advanced budget analysis for the most correct evaluation of the economic-financial aspects of the company, as well as for the study of corporate crises. The Course also provides theoretical and practical elements to analyze the causes and characteristics of corporate crises, the methods of managing them and the tools that can be used for their resolution. At the end of the Course, the student will have: - developed a complex and articulated method of understanding the business phenomena under study; - acquired a notional-theoretical apparatus and an appropriate application capacity of analysis, interpretation and evaluation of financial statements’ data; - acquired knowledge and awareness of the characteristics and causes of corporate crises, as well as of the main theoretical-practical tools for their diagnosis, management and subsequent resolution.
