| Attività: Protection for injuries at work and professional diseases (labour law)
(objectives)
The course aims to examine the system of the protection of injuries at work and occupational diseases, studying its historical-normative evolution in the national system and deepening its main current characteristics (scope of application, protected events, services and financing, etc.).
The scope is to provide participants, also with reference to practical case law, with the necessary basic legal knowledge to enable them to deal with this important issue of social security.
