The course aims to trace the origins and evolution of the gender issue in the history of law, with a focus on the most relevant profiles such as the constitutional protections linked to the issue of gender equality, the changes in the criminal justice system with respect to the current requirements based on the reconsideration of gender, the political and sociological issues underlying the debate on equality and gender discrimination.
