In-depth interviews. Ethnography and participant observation. Life histories. Qualitative data analysis: coding strategies and use of software. Methodological triangulation. The researcher's job: search, processing, selection, recording and treatment of information. Collecting qualitative information and processing data from specific cases. Available technologies.
