The first meetings will focus on the regulatory and jurisprudential framework of the discipline of the criminal trial for the liability of entities for crime. Practical cases relating to real trials held in Italian classrooms against companies for high charges under the following conditions will then be analysed
of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. An important part of the course will be dedicated to the systems of control governance and internal investigation, also in the light of technological progress, adopted by companies and multinationals operating both in Italy and abroad, systems that will be analyzed also through access to materials and technical-corporate methodologies made available by the operators of the system.

It is sufficient to study the notes and materials provided during the seminars.
