Aim of the course is to provide the student with the ability to analyze legal phenomena, through the historical study of the response prudentium about the “lex Aquilia de damno” and the concurrence of actions. The main purpose of the course is to allow the student to acquire a critical capacity and a historical and comparative knowledge of the legal institutions, in order to interpret some issues in modern law.
