COMMERCIAL LAW
(objectives)
The course aims to provide students with the fundamental elements of Business law, explaining the business activity and its different forms (soleownership, partnership).. Particular attention is devoted to the system of sources of Commercial and Corporate Law (Business law), to the historical origins of the rules, to their economic function, to jurisprudence and case law. Company law represents the main part of class lessons The study of the fundamental principles of Business law requires a good knowledge of Private law.

Companies and other business organizations. 4. The joint-stock company and the limited partnership by shares. 5. Transformation, merger and spin-off. 6. The co-operative companies, the consortia and the joint-ventures. 7. Entrepreneur’s auxiliaries; the establishment. 8. Debt securities and promissory notes. 9. Bankruptcy (general principles).
