(syllabus)
The course is conceived as a real ‘guide’ for the manual study of criminal law, with the purpose to facility a critical learning. Therefore the course is divided in two phases: firstly a deepening of political -and ideological roots of contemporary criminal law; secondly the exposition of principles and rules concerning the legal sources of criminal punishment, the notion of ‘crime’ and the punishment system.
