The course includes frontal lessons and exercises.
Frontal lessons. Frontal lessons consist in explaining the techniques for drafting criminal law acts and opinions. We will also illustrate the theoretical framework of the principles and institutions of criminal law that are necessary for the resolution of the legal issues raised during the course.
Exercises. Six exercises are planned: four will take place in the classroom and two will be done at home, with the supervision of the teacher. While waiting for a complete resumption of the activities of the legal libraries and considered the electronic delivery of the course, the exercises - in the main time - will be carried out with the aid of the databases that the University Library has made accessible. The main operating modes will be illustrated during the lessons.

The teaching material will be indicated during the lessons and will be available on Microsoft Teams.
