(objectives)
The course aims to provide the knowledge and skills useful to interpret the procedural junctions and institutes of administrative action which tend to encourage development of conflicts between public bodies, citizens and economic operators. By doing so, students will be able to carry out a critical examination of the general rules contained in law no. 241/1990, both to read these provisions in an orderly manner and when the need arises to reconcile them with others transversal rules (such as public contracts and prevention of corruption regulatory provisions) and with reference to specific filed of administrative law (such as for example territorial government and the environmental protection). The expected effect will be to increase the ability to understand administrative problems and, consequently, to define proposals useful for their positive definition.
