The course aims to examine the development of new technologies on the means of communication and information. Starting from the freedom of expression of thought ex art. 21 of the Constitution and its subsequent interpretations, the repercussions of technological innovation on the legal discipline in terms of radio and television, telecommunications, press and internet are examined.
